Dear Book Friends,

It’s starting to look a bit like Halloween around here. The kid Mann and the hubs Mann are partying it up with movies and candy. Horror is so not my thing. But I do love the leaves falling and the pretty colors. I’ve been curled up with a warm throw and a good book a lot. How about you? Love Halloween or just the fall ambiance?

I’m working on Delphine, which is my contribution to the new season of Silver Springs. Delphine is a house painter whose sister gifts her with a dolphin for her birthday, and when she goes to see her new pet she finds much more than she expected.
